We check fabric type, identify any problem areas, and spot-test in a hidden spot to confirm the cleaning method is safe for your piece.

Professional upholstery-grade hot-water extraction. Multiple dry passes pull moisture back out so fabric doesn't over-saturate.
We brush the fibres back into direction, air-flow the piece where we can, and walk you through dry-time expectations before we leave.
A few things we tell every client up front.
Check the care tag (usually under a cushion or on the base). Look for W or WS — that means water-safe and we can clean it. If the tag says S or X, we can't clean it safely, but we'll help you figure out who can. Send us a photo of the tag if you're unsure.
Most pieces are dry to the touch in 4–8 hours, fully dry in 24. Keep air moving — fans, open windows, AC — to speed it up. Don't sit on it until it's fully dry or you risk re-wetting the fabric.
We always try to lift them in the standard scope. Stubborn pet odours or set-in stains may need a specialty treatment with extra time — if so, we'll quote it separately on the call. No surprise charges.
Booking both the carpet and upholstery in one visit? We bundle the trip fee so it's cheaper per piece. Mention it when you book and we'll scope it together.
