A few things we tell every move-out client up front — so there are no surprises.
Move-out cleans are significantly faster (and cheaper) once furniture is out and you're down to an empty home. Schedule us after the movers, not before, whenever possible.
Standard scope includes vacuuming carpets and spot-cleaning walls. If you need a full carpet extraction or full wall wash for a deposit inspection, we'll quote those as add-ons on the call.
Holes in walls, broken fixtures, stained ceilings, permanent marker, and structural damage aren't cleaning problems. We'll flag these at walk-through so you can handle them before the landlord does.
End-of-month weekends book up fast. Give us as much notice as you can — especially for the last weekend of the month — and we'll work with your move-out timeline.
