Home size, current condition, and specific must-hit areas all get confirmed on the 24-hour call. Your price is locked in before anyone arrives — no surprise add-ons.
Light furniture (couches, nightstands, chairs) we'll shift to clean behind. Heavy built-ins, antiques, or anything requiring two people to move, we work around unless you've asked in advance.
Not a renovation. We clean what's there — we don't strip paint, refinish grout, or remove permanent staining. If a surface is damaged, we'll tell you on arrival.
Deep cleans typically take 4–8 hours depending on home size and condition. We plan the day with you on the call so there are no scheduling surprises.
